1. Listing Scope

You grant BeGig permission to display your Agent's:

• Name, logo, description, use cases, screenshots, and public demo links (e.g., YouTube)
• Redirect link to your externally hosted application or website

BeGig may modify formatting or presentation to ensure consistency across the platform.

2. Ownership & IP

• You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in your Agent.
• By listing, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and authority to share the submitted materials.
• You grant BeGig a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your branding and assets for display and promotional purposes related to GigForge.

3. Liability & Disclaimer

• BeGig performs preliminary checks but does not guarantee the performance, legality, safety, or suitability of listed Agents.
• You are solely responsible for the functionality, accuracy, legal compliance, and end-user impact of your Agent.
• BeGig is not liable for any issues, losses, or damages arising from users interacting with your Agent post-redirect.

4. Affiliate & Referral Links

• BeGig reserves the right to use affiliate or referral links when redirecting users to your Agent, if such programs are available.
• Any earnings from such programs are retained by BeGig unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Content Restrictions

You agree not to list any Agent that:

• Contains malicious code, security risks, or unauthorized data collection
• Violates applicable laws, including AI safety or data privacy regulations
• Is misleading, fraudulent, or offensive in nature

6. Removals

• BeGig reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing at its sole discretion, especially if it violates this Agreement or receives credible complaints.
• You may request removal of your Agent at any time, and BeGig will act on such requests within 7 business days.

7. No Monetization Guarantee

BeGig does not currently offer monetization infrastructure for Agent creators. Any exposure or traffic received is provided as-is, with no guaranteed revenue or performance metrics.

8. Data Handling

• Any user data collected through your Agent after redirection is your sole responsibility.
• You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, India DPDP) when handling user data.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Delhi, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
